Block Executive Committee Positions
Vice President
Supports the Block President in building and running a strong, united block organization.
General Secretary
Runs the block unit’s daily organizational work, records, and reporting.
Secretary
Assists with records, notices, meetings, and follow-up on official decisions.
Treasurer
Keeps transparent, lawful records of the block unit’s authorized income and expenditure.
Authorized Spokesperson
Communicates TPP’s authorized positions accurately and responsibly.
Youth Wing President
Organizes and empowers young people across the block.
Women’s Wing President
Builds women’s leadership and raises women’s issues across the block. Open to women candidates only.
Farmers’ Wing President
Connects farmers and farm labourers with the party and carries their concerns forward.
Labour Wing President
Organizes and represents workers across the block’s sectors.
Legal Wing President
Provides lawful organizational guidance; preferably a licensed advocate or legal professional.
IT and Digital Wing President
Runs authorized digital systems and protects the block unit’s data and accounts.
Common Eligibility
- Must be a citizen of India and a resident of Punjab.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must live in the relevant block or have a strong social and grassroots connection with it.
- Must have good character, integrity, and a clean public image.
- Must not be involved in serious criminal activity, corruption, drugs, bribery, violence, or intimidation.
- Must not promote hatred or discrimination based on religion, caste, community, gender, language, or region.
- Must accept TPP’s constitution, discipline, principles, and Punjab-focused policies.
- Must place public service and party development above personal benefit.
- Must disclose previous political-party associations and possible conflicts of interest.
- Must cooperate with TPP’s verification, interview, and selection process.
- Must possess the knowledge, experience, and skills relevant to the selected position.
Important: Submitting a person’s name does not guarantee appointment. Final selection will be based on TPP’s constitution, verification process, merit, feedback from local members, and the decision of the party’s authorized selection committee.
