Protect accounts, systems, backups and public data through access controls, 2FA and incident response.
District Coordination
Receive verified updates from district and constituency coordinators through a structured submission system.

Bilingual Draft Prepared
Prepare English and Punjabi content using the approved terminology and design system.
Fact and Source Review
Verify names, dates, statistics, policy claims, event details, images and source links.
Compliance and Security Review
Check privacy, copyright, election advertising rules, disclaimers and account permissions.
Authorized Approval
No political advertisement, major policy announcement or sensitive post may be published without the assigned approver.
Publish and Distribute
Publish approved content on the website and selected official social channels.
Monitor, Report and Archive
Record publication time, link, version, performance, corrections and approval history.
