Key Positions

  • District President

    Leads the district unit, maintains unity within the committee, and remains accountable to the state leadership for the district’s organizational performance.

  • District Vice President

    Assists the District President, takes responsibility for assigned areas of work, and represents the district unit when required.

  • District General Secretary

    Manages the district’s day-to-day organizational work, maintains records and reports, and ensures that approved decisions are implemented on time.

  • District Secretary

    Manages meeting notices, proceedings reports, correspondence, and coordination with Assembly Constituency, block, and urban units.

  • District Treasurer

    Maintains the district’s accounts transparently, records every receipt and expenditure, and presents financial statements for regular review.

  • District Media In-Charge

    Manages the district’s media and digital presence, shares accurate information, and coordinates with the party’s authorized spokespersons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish Assembly Constituency, block, and urban units; maintain coordination with them; and oversee their organizational work.
  • Coordinate district-level programs, membership campaigns, and public meetings.
  • Collect important issues affecting the people of the district and present them to the State Committee.
